About Author:

Farah Masooma Naz was born in South London (Carshalton) in 1966. She was the youngest of three and her parents were originally from Lahore, Pakistan. Having grown up in South London, Farah went on to study Biology at Kings College London and then trained to be a counselor. She now lives in Hillingdon with her husband and three children. As well as acting she also works as a School Home Support Worker in an inner city school supporting families in crisis.
Farah Sardar is a British Asian, Muslim actress and presenter who wears Hijab. She is best known for being featured in Channel 5's Dangerous Drivers' School and an advert for Umbro to promote the England shirt during the World Cup.
Farah is also the writer of two children's books The Animals and The Food We Eat which were published in 1997. Farah also plays guitar and sings. Her first live performance was at the Compass Theatre in February 2013.

Asiya Clarke's (Illustrator) work is influenced by nature and our search for meaning. Current paintings catch in a spilt second what the eye cannot see. These abstract images become subjected to her personal interpretation, a playful attempt to make sense of things.

She is an MA graduate from Goldsmiths College, where she was focusing on sculpture made from recycled materials. She now lives in Luton where she works from her studio and offers drawing and painting tuition.
