Akila Dada

Akila Dada is an Educator and Child Life Specialist based in Toronto, Ontario. She works at a children's hospital in Hamilton, Ontario, where she applies her professional expertise in supporting young patients and their families. Beyond her hospital work, Akila serves as a team lead volunteer with SMILE Canada - Support Services, an organization dedicated to children living with disabilities and their families, where she plans creative and educational events. She is also the co-author of the children's picture book 'A Bedtime Prayer for Peace'. Akila has a passion for traveling and learning about different cultures around the world.
