Shaykh Hasan b. Ahmad b. Muhammad al-Kaf hafidhahullah (b. 1379 AH / 1959 CE) is a scholar rooted in the Hadrami Shafi'i tradition. He is the author of al-Taqrirat al-Sadida, a comprehensive contemporary fiqh manual written in the classical Shafi'i school. The work covers the foundational chapters of worship (ibadat), commercial transactions (buyu'), and inheritance (faraid), and has become a standard teaching text in the Tarim scholarly circles of Hadhramaut, Yemen.
