Sarah Hafeez is a Canadian-born graphic designer, illustrator, and humanitarian with a passion for Islamic art, history, nature, and children's visual media. She has worked in the creative industry for over twenty years, with a portfolio spanning illustration, business branding, and merchandise design. She was the founder of MiniMuslimeen, the first Muslim children's monthly magazine in the United States, which was enjoyed by hundreds of children and adults globally for over two years. She currently serves as an art teacher at The Art and Wilderness Institute in California, where she teaches watercolors and traditional art methods. Her illustration work includes 'Environmental Sunnahs' and 'How to Get Hijab Ready: A Guide for Muslim Girls Ages 8-11.' She also volunteers with Open Arms in Kayseri, an organization supporting refugee mothers.
