About The Book

The Safar Complete Qa'idah is vastly different from other Qa'idahs available: it is a product of consultation and teaching experience of over a decade. It contains 13 progressive levels, each targeting a unique feature of learning. Each level ensures a gradual and logical progression that fills the gaps which exist in many other Qa'idahs. Explanatory graphics and supplementary exercises have also been included, providing a comprehensive approach to learning to read the Qur'an.

There are only Qur'anic examples in this Qa'idah and the script has been taken directly from the 13-line Qur'an which is used in many countries. We have done this because computer fonts and alternative calligraphers do not prepare students well enough to read the hand-written Qur'anic script.

The Qa'idah's unique marking code, diary and checklist have been designed to keep track of a student's progress and to enhance communication between students, parents and teachers.

This Qa'idah forms part of the Safar Learn to Read Series, a comprehensive curriculum including the Safar Juz 'Amma and the Safar Rules of Tajwid book. There is also an abridged form of this Qa'idah available.
