Women of Excellence - In the time of the Prophet ﷺ

Talib Hashimi's *Women of Excellence – In the Time of the Prophet ﷺ* is a comprehensive directory of more than 260 female Companions, gathering their lives into a single, accessible reference. At a time when individual achievement is often measured by fame rather than character, this work offers readers a bridge back to a world defined by excellence of a different kind.

Within its pages, readers will encounter fearless martyrs, truthful businesswomen, erudite scholars, and articulate poets among the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them). The book also brings forward brave defenders of the Prophet ﷺ, generous neighbors, and devoted mothers and daughters, presenting a fuller picture of the roles these women played in the earliest community of Islam.

By assembling so many biographies in one directory, Hashimi allows readers to move beyond a handful of familiar names and appreciate the breadth of contribution made by women in that formative era. The result is a reference work suited both to sustained reading and to occasional consultation, offered by Turath Publishing as a resource for anyone seeking to know these figures more closely.
