Peter Gould is a Sydney-born Muslim graphic designer, digital artist, and creative entrepreneur. Growing up with little religious affiliation, he encountered Islam through a friend in high school and was moved to explore the faith independently. In 2002, at the age of 21, he took his shahadah during Ramadan. His design career has been marked by international recognition: in 2011 he was named Creative Artist of the Year at the 4th annual Muslim Achievement Awards in Australia. He founded Creative Cubed, a commercial design studio that has served a diverse range of international clients including Apple, Google, the United Nations, Sony, Colgate-Palmolive, Vodafone, McAfee, Yusuf Islam, and Sami Yusuf. His professional formation includes a Stanford Certificate of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and he has lectured on Design Thinking at the University of Technology Sydney. In recognition of his work supporting refugees, he was appointed as a UNHCR Ambassador. Through his platform 'The Heart of Design,' he supports teams and individuals worldwide in aligning spiritual aspirations with creative and professional practice. He is the author of 'The Heart of Design: Spirituality, Creativity and Entrepreneurship' and 'Kids of the Ummah.'
