Iman al-Nazar is the eighteenth-century Indian hadith scholar Shaykh Muhammad Akram al-Sindi al-Makki's sustained contemplation on hadith methodology — a defense of the classical Sunni-Hanafi approach to the authentication, interpretation, and juristic application of hadith against contemporary challenges. Shaykh Muhammad Akram al-Sindi al-Makki was an eighteenth-century Indian Hanafi hadith scholar resident in Mecca, where he taught and was associated with the broader circle of Indian-Hijazi Hanafi hadith study of his time.

عن المؤلف

الشيخ محمد أكرم السندي المكي محدِّثٌ حنفيٌّ هنديٌّ من القرن الثامن عشر، أَقام بمكّة المكرّمة وفيها دَرَّس وانْتَمى إلى دائرة الدراسة الحديثية الحنفية الهندية-الحجازية في عصره.
